Lynn County Courthouse — Tahoka, Texas

This historic restoration project was first built 1916 depicting the classic revival style. Made of concrete with a brick and terra-cotta veneer, the original cost of the building was $78,000 and it will cost just under $6 million to restore. Architectural restoration is interesting because it gives contemporary patrons a window into the lifestyles of past generations. State grants should allow construction to begin in 2012.
