Hamilton County Courthouse — Hamilton, Texas
Originally built in 1886 in the Second Empire Style, the Hamilton County Courthouse was redone as a more classical Romanesque Revival Style in 1931. It is coined by a castle-like appearance with rough stonework to give it a gothic architecture. Through a Texas Historical Commission Courthouse Restoration Grant, architectural drawings and specifications are underway.
