Edwards Ranch — Fort Worth, Texas

Established in 1848, Edwards Ranch consists of the remaining 850 acres of an originally 4,000 acre family ranch. The project includes 320 acres of high-end custom residential housing and a 280-acre mixed-use urban village and office campus. As a consultant For Trinity Works, Cornerstone has been actively involved with all facets of development: planning, entitlements, coordination of engineering and architecture, and marketing and branding.
