Cornerstone was founded in 2010 as a real estate industry consulting company. As industry professionals, we offer clients expertise on a broad, cross-disciplinary platform. Our clients are the customer, and we treat them with the utmost respect, knowing that we not only represent ourselves, but the well being of your firm.

Nolan Bradshaw holds masters degrees in both Architecture and Business, giving him a unique problem-solving aptitude that sets him apart. Areas of particular interest include Design and Planning, Construction, Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Legal, and Administrative.

In addition, we provide turnkey project delivery solutions to all of our clients. We will manage and facilitate planning, entitlements, coordination of engineering and architecture, and marketing and branding for your projects.

I offer solutions for commercial and residential, whether it is new construction, or an existing rehabilitation or remodel.

Nolan attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. He is an avid alumnus, and donates his time to the alumni association when he can. He is also involved in the American Institute of Architects, Texas Society of Architects, Society for Marketing Professional Services, and the Urban Land Institute. He remains active in his local community through the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council — Young Leaders Group and the AIA Fort Worth chapter.
